Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented

Data Analyst with strong project management capabilities

to support data-driven decision-making across teams. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and managing small to medium-sized projects.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights. Build dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel. Create automated reports and maintain data accuracy. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data for business decision-making. Support KPI tracking and develop data models based on business requirements.

Project Management

Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring data-related projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and track deliverables. Prepare project timelines, status reports, and documentation. Ensure tasks are completed within deadlines and escalate risks when needed. Facilitate meetings, follow-ups, and project communication.

Business Support

Translate business requirements into analytical solutions. Present insights, summaries, and recommendations to stakeholders. Support process improvements by leveraging data insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or related field.

2+ years of experience

in data analysis, reporting, or business analytics. Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, and

at least one BI tool (Power BI/Tableau).

Basic understanding of Python/R (added advantage). Good understanding of project management principles (Agile/Waterfall). Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

Preferred Skills

Experience using project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project). Knowledge of data modelling, ETL concepts, or data pipelines. Certification in Data Analytics or Project Management (e.g., CAPM, Agile, Power BI certification).
