We are looking for a Sr. Data Analyst with a strong background in Agile and Scrum Methodologies.

Responsibilities:

Agile Methodology and Scrum Framework:

Configure and maintain project management tools, specifically Atlassian products JIRA and Confluence.

Support team members in improving agile project management through:

o Team and individual coaching

o Training on capabilities

o Identifying and executing operational improvements

Project Management:

Monitor performance against project schedules.

Manage day-to-day activities of teams within JIRA.

Create and execute team performance reporting within workstreams and across overall teams.

Lead and influence the team for daily compliance with JIRA management.

Plan and facilitate Grooming, Sprint, Daily Standups, Sprint Ceremonies, and Retrospectives.

Proactively identify and resolve issues.

Customer and Data Collaboration:

Partner with customers to interpret data and remediate issues when required.

Collaborate with data owners and stewards to implement and maintain data governance, quality, security, and privacy requirements, and related policies and standards.

Prepare technical specifications for data ingestion and transformation rules.

Partner with data architects to build data models for efficient data consumption.

Standards and Best Practices:

Support the development of standards and best practices within the Data Analysis team, including documentation templates and agile development methodologies.

Leverage data tools and capabilities to deliver superior service to clients' customers and advance the Data & Analytics Road Map.

Conduct discovery and end-to-end data analysis to understand customer needs and develop plans and activities to improve data quality.

Elicit, analyze, and interpret business and data requirements to develop complete data product solutions, including reviewing data models (entity relationship diagrams, dimensional data models), ETL and business rules, data management, governance, lineage, metadata, and reporting elements.

Requirements:

University or college degree in computer science, data analytics, or a related field.

5+ years of relevant experience gathering and documenting requirements as well as technical specifications for data solutions.

Expertise in Agile Methodology.

Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master Certification (CSM) is a plus.

Salary 6 Lac To 20 Lac P.A.
