As a Senior Data Analyst, you will support multiple market research projects, delivering insights that drive strategic decisions in complex industries such as healthcare and pharmaceuticals. You will analyze both primary and secondary data, synthesize findings, and translate them into actionable recommendations for clients. The role involves collaborating with global teams, managing specific workstreams, and ensuring high-quality client deliverables. You will contribute to methodology design, data visualization, and internal brainstorming sessions to enhance research outputs. This position offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects, interact with cross-functional teams, and influence outcomes that shape client strategies.
Accountabilities:

• Lead and support client market research projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
• Define and apply appropriate market research methodologies to achieve client objectives.
• Manage specific workstreams within larger projects, acting as a content expert and point of reference.
• Conduct desk-based research using internal and external sources to address key client questions.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support recommendations and insights.
• Participate in internal and client meetings, preparing presentations and deliverables.
• Synthesize insights from primary and secondary research into actionable findings.
• Provide guidance on research approaches, ensuring consistency and quality across projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Bioengineering, Economics, Business, Pharmacy, or related fields. Advanced degrees (Masters/MBA/PGDM) are preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Pharmaceuticals, Managed Markets Consulting, or Analytics Consulting with strong primary market research skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience collaborating with global teams on project execution.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and advanced data visualization capabilities.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to communicate complex data clearly.
• Ability to synthesize information, generate insights, and make strategic recommendations.
• Experience with client-facing deliverables and consulting environments preferred.
• Familiarity with US healthcare systems or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Excellent collaboration, task management, and conflict resolution skills; ability to work across cultures and teams.
