As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting market research projects within a dynamic healthcare and pharmaceutical context. You will analyze complex datasets, both primary and secondary, to provide actionable insights that drive client decision-making on distribution, pricing, access, and product strategy. The role involves collaborating with global teams, translating research findings into clear recommendations, and presenting results to internal stakeholders and clients. You will contribute to the design of research methodologies, ensure data quality and integrity, and actively participate in brainstorming sessions to shape strategic outcomes. This position is ideal for analytical problem-solvers who enjoy working in a collaborative environment and making a direct impact on client success. Your work will influence how clients approach complex market challenges and optimize their operational and strategic decisions.
Accountabilities:

• Support client projects and market research initiatives, maintaining alignment with client goals.
• Define and implement market research methodologies to address client questions and objectives.
• Serve as the content expert for assigned projects, managing key workstreams and day-to-day deliverables.
• Conduct desk-based research using internal and external sources to inform findings.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to develop actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to internal and client meetings, preparing presentations and deliverables.
• Synthesize insights from primary and secondary research to support strategic decision-making.
• Provide guidance on research approaches and project direction in collaboration with project leads.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Bioengineering, Economics, Business, Pharmacy, or related fields (Master's or MBA/PGDM preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in Pharmaceuticals, Managed Markets Consulting, or Analytics Consulting with strong exposure to primary market research techniques.
• Minimum 2 years collaborating with global teams on project execution.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with ability to create advanced visualizations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures, providing constructive feedback and collaborating on shared goals.
• Preferred: prior exposure to US healthcare systems or pharmaceutical industry.
