Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for highly motivated individual with a passion for driving business improvement through rigorous analysis. The role will involve assisting teams; improve their existing processes, develop reporting based on current methods of analysis, and develop new methods of analysis.
As a data analyst, you will report to Head of Marketing Analytics and will support the Growth organization in data driven decisions. The role will involve direct interaction with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• You will be assisting with our never-ending drive to better data quality by identifying and resolving issues in partnership with the New Client Operations Team.
• Key analytics partner for content, PR, and personalization data insights.
• Partnering with the 3 growth channels to:
• Improve efficiency in current analysis.
• Develop new metrics for channel performance.
• Partner with analytics colleagues to develop clear and consistent reporting.

• 5 to 8 years of experience in the following languages and tools: R/RStudio, SQL, Salesforce (or similar CRM system), Google Analytics.
• Ability to speak, read, write and edit proficiently in US business English.
• Should have experience in delivering high quality analysis to business stakeholders.
• Able to work within team project management system (Wrike).
• Highly organized, able to prioritize work and manage projects and assignments independently.
• Comfortable with aggressive deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Self-starter able to work independently with limited supervision.

• Technologically savvy, able to learn and use new tools efficiently.
• Ability to speak, read, write and edit proficiently in English
• Familiar with US and Global Investing topics and industry Language.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
