Overview

We are seeking a

Senior Data Analyst Lead

to join our team. In this role, you will lead the analytics function, oversee reporting across SQL and Tableau, and mentor a team of analysts. You will collaborate closely with the Product Manager, Head of Data, and other stakeholders to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, SQL expertise, and proven leadership experience to transform data into strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the design, writing, and optimization of complex SQL queries for analyzing data from our MSSQL database. Build, automate, and manage interactive dashboards and reports using

Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.

Mentor, guide, and manage a team of junior and mid-level analysts. Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs aligned with business and product goals. Ensure high data quality through validation and structuring from various internal sources. Deliver concise, actionable, and insightful reporting to both technical and non-technical audiences. Analyze data trends, user behavior, and operational metrics to support strategic business and product decisions. Participate in team planning, project prioritization, and contribute to overall analytics strategy.

Requirements

Strong SQL skills with experience in MSSQL databases.

Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI,

or similar analytics and visualization tools. Proven ability to define, track, and monitor KPIs. Prior experience leading or mentoring a data analytics team is required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking mindset. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
