Job Summary

Wildfox Business Advocacy is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Data Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the same domain. The candidate should have strong expertise in Power BI and data analytics, with the ability to transform complex datasets into meaningful insights that drive informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets to support business objectives Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Perform data modeling, DAX calculations, and advanced visualizations Translate business requirements into actionable analytical insights Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reports Identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities through data analysis Collaborate with internal teams to support data-driven strategies Present findings and insights clearly to senior management and stakeholders Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in one of the following domains is mandatory: Data Science Computer Science Information Technology Statistics Mathematics Engineering Postgraduate qualification (MBA, M.Sc. in Data Science/Analytics, or related field) will be an added advantage Relevant certifications in Power BI, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence are preferred

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Senior Data Analyst in the same domain Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, dashboard creation) Good knowledge of SQL and database querying Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, advanced formulas) Strong understanding of data analytics concepts, KPIs, and reporting frameworks Experience in data cleaning, transformation, and visualization Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis Experience with ETL tools and processes Exposure to business intelligence or financial/operational analytics
