What you’ll do

Understand client’s business requirements in terms of analytical needs and be a part of a High-class delivery team to deliver unparalleled analytical solutions using best in class analytical techniques.

• Ability to understand BFSI business problems and consult client on the appropriate solutions
• Provide thought leadership to projects and help develop unique solutions and deliver analytical outputs.
• Contribute to Building the BFSI Analytics practice through on- going identification of new opportunities.
• Provide hands-on support to the project team.
• Work with the Equifax bureau in India to build bureau-based Analytics capabilities and use the new age technology to implement those solutions
• Develop best practices and streamline the process in order to improve the efficiency of the team.

What experience you need

Technical Requirement:
SQL,Oracle, SAP Business one, Crystal Report XI, Matlab, Autocad, Microsoft Excel, Visual basis, Eagle, Proteus, Microsoft
Powerpoint.
Essential: 
At least 3+ years’ experience in a data operations / database marketing
environment. 
SQL Server experience. 
Demonstrates technical competence and business acumen. 
Data management or database marketing 
Strong programming skills. 
Strong interpersonal skills 
Strong visualisation skills 
Ability to organise tasks and manage time to consistently meet deadlines. 
Good written and verbal communication skills, ability to present complex
information simply and directly 
Ability to work as part of a team. 
SQL skills 
Proficient in most Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) 
Ability to manage multiple projects 
High level of attention to detail. 
A willingness to learn new applications and systems. 
Able to independently run all project meetings

Desirable 
Client facing / consulting skills. 
Experience in Tableau, Access, VBA, SSIS 
Experience with campaign management platforms (e.g. UNICA, Alterian) 
A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated technical knowledge across SQL server and
development – SSIS,Transact- SQL , Database. 
Prior experience in standardization and automation of processes.
