About the Delta Technology Hub (DTH), Bangalore
Delta has fast emerged as a customer-focused, innovation-led, technology-enabled business. The Delta Technology Hub will contribute directly to these objectives.

Primary Functions:

  • Develop and execute test cases for data validation and quality assurance.
  • Identify, troubleshoot and resolve data inconsistencies and anomalies.
  • Implement automated data testing frameworks to streamline validation processes.
  • Maintain documentation of test cases, testing frameworks and data validation processes.
  • Collaborate with IT, Product, and Analytics teams to align data quality initiatives.
  • Develop, monitor and maintain data processes in AWS environments.
  • Assist in automating data workflows and troubleshooting cloud-based data issues
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS):
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, data science, engineering, mathematics, or statistics
  • At least 3+ years of post-degree professional experience as a Data Analyst.
  • Expert in SQL and strong experience in Python
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Services (S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift, etc.)
  • Familiarity with data testing tools and automation frameworks
  • High attention to detail, solution-oriented and capable of meeting or exceeding deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
  • Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priority
WHAT WILL GIVE YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS):
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for data validation and deployment
  • Familiarity with data governance and compliance best practices
  • Prior experience with Delta or other airline or Hospitality data a plus
  • Self-motivated and take pride in building great products for key stakeholders
  • Resourceful in finding the data and tools you need to get the job done
  • Not afraid to ask for help when you need it or help teammates when they need a boost
