As a Sr. CyberArk Engineer on the Identity & Access Management team, you'll play a critical role strengthening our privileged access security posture across on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership in privileged access management (PAM).

For this role, we are looking for someone who has a creative spirit and fresh insights to help us continuously improve and accelerate our focus on innovation and first class integrations. Responsibilities:

Assist with the architecture, deployment, and lifecycle management of CyberArk EPM and Privilege Cloud platforms. Define and enforce least privilege policies, application control rules, and credential protection strategies. Serve as the technical SME for CyberArk integrations with enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and security tools. Drive automation and orchestration of PAM (Privilege access Management) processes using scripting and CyberArk APIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PAM strategies with business and compliance requirements. Conduct risk assessments, audits, and gap analyses related to privileged access. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership in PAM initiatives. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, SOPs, and training materials. Stay current with CyberArk product updates, security trends, and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience with CyberArk solutions, including EPM and Privilege Cloud. Proven expertise in privileged access management, endpoint security, and cloud security. Experience with Application Identity Manager (AIM) and Central Policy Manager (CPM). Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and NIST cybersecurity framework. Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, government). Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages for automation. Experience with SIEM, IAM, and ITSM integrations. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
