Seeking a

Technical Support Executive

to assist US customers with OS upgrade failures, product activation errors, and license management.

Key Responsibilities:



Guide users through Windows installation and activation steps. Help resolve update loop errors, BSOD, and compatibility issues. Provide assistance with digital license transfers and key validations.

Requirements:



Experience handling Windows-related support issues. Fluency in English and ability to explain technical steps clearly. Prior IT helpdesk or BPO tech support experience preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?14,612.23 - ?41,229.67 per month

Work Location: In person
