International Inbound Voice Process (Sales)
. This role involves handling inbound calls from international customers, providing product information, and converting inquiries into successful sales while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from international customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
Achieve sales targets and maintain quality standards
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication
Accurately document customer interactions in the system
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum
6 months of BPO experience
(International Voice preferred)
Excellent English communication skills
(verbal & listening)
Versant Score: 4 or above
Comfortable working in
24x7 rotational shifts (9 hours)
Basic computer knowledge
