Customer Support Executive
Location: Remote
Experience: 1+ year in customer support or a client-facing role
Join us to be the voice of EduTinker and ensure top-notch service for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Weekly visits to schools/colleges for client engagement & feedback
Provide support and resolve queries via CRM tools
Collaborate closely with internal teams for issue resolution
Requirements:
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel locally once a week
Preferred Male candidate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
