Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat to our Canadian clients, addressing their queries and concerns related to logistics services.
Lead a team of customer support representatives, guiding and mentoring them to achieve service excellence.
Analyze customer feedback, identify trends, and suggest process improvements to enhance overall customer experience.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues, escalating when necessary.
Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, metrics, and performance goals.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a leadership role.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work a night shift (7:00 PM to 4:30 AM) and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Strong knowledge of logistics services and operations (an asset)
