We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle customer interactions efficiently and professionally. The candidate will be responsible for answering customer queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Resolve customer queries and complaints politely and effectively
Maintain accurate customer records
Provide information about company products and services
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline
Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English)
Minimum 6 months of customer service or call center experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹16,000 + ?1,000
Training Stipend: ₹7,500
