We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused
Senior Customer Executive
to manage and enhance our customer relationships. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction, timely issue resolution, and consistent delivery of value. This role is crucial in driving customer loyalty, retention, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison between the company and assigned key clients.
Handle complex customer queries and provide timely, professional resolution.
Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, support, product) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer needs and product offerings.
Track customer interactions using CRM tools and maintain detailed records.
Monitor account health, usage, and customer feedback to proactively address concerns.
Assist in the development of customer service strategies and improvements.
Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction, retention, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
