We are looking for energetic and confident Telecallers to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to maintain positive client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote products/services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for smooth workflow.
Maintain a professional and courteous manner in all communications.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification :Graduate - specify if needed].
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
Positive attitude, persuasive, and target-oriented.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus.
