Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred)
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Both fresher and experienced candidates can apply for this customer service role.
Experience in telecom, BPO will taking as an advantage.
