Responsibilities:

You're the architect and the builder.

You'll verify and implement the technical designs that solve customer problems.

Be a force multiplier for enterprises.

You'll provide the design and operational solutions that drive large-scale container adoption.

Become a trusted partner.

You'll understand the customer's world and align our technical delivery directly to their business model and needs.

Forge relationships at every level.

You'll build and nurture key relationships with stakeholders up to the director level.

Lead the charge.

You'll take the lead on key customer initiatives, architecting solutions that meet their business requirements head-on.

Own the resolution.

When escalations happen, you're the one who works with customers and engineering to resolve critical issues and ensure satisfaction.

Teach and empower.

You'll educate customers, create clear documentation, and spread the knowledge.

Automate everything you can.

You're responsible for building the tools and automation needed for a smooth deployment process.

Show them the value.

You'll help customers define, capture, and document the real financial value we provide.

Scope the work.

You'll define the scope for deployments and new integrations, working hand-in-hand with product and engineering teams.

Stay in the know.

You'll maintain expert-level knowledge of Nirmata, Kubernetes, virtualization, and other core technologies.

Be the ear to the ground.

You'll gather and maintain intelligence on customer's current and future plans.

Be the voice of the customer.

You'll provide clear, constructive product feedback to our engineering teams.

Create the playbook.

You'll help document best practices for deploying our solutions.

Be the ultimate liaison.

You're a front-line technical expert, bridging the gap between customers and our engineering and product teams.

Qualifications:

You're an architect of success.

With 6+ years of professional experience under your belt, you've built a career around guiding customers to victory. A Bachelor's in Computer Science (or equivalent real-world expertise) is your foundation.

You've mastered the containerized universe.

Kubernetes, containers, and their runtimes are your home turf, and you have the hands-on experience to prove it.

DevOps is your second language.

You're fluent in methodologies, tools, and automation, and you know how to leverage them to create seamless workflows.

You're a Linux wiz.

Administering and managing Linux OS is second nature to you.

Security isn't an afterthought--it's your expertise.

You're well-versed in Kubernetes security and/or Policy-as-Code.

You automate everything.

Shell scripting and Python are your go-to tools for building elegant, automated solutions.

You've built and secured platforms.

You have a history of helping organizations standardize and secure their internal development environments.

You're a solutions innovator.

You can take what you've learned and apply it to develop groundbreaking new products.

You see the bigger picture.

You have a detailed understanding of the architectural dependencies within a customer's IT environment.

You're a trusted advisor.

You can confidently communicate with senior leaders, both internal and external, representing the professionalism of the team.

You own the customer relationship.

You're an expert at managing accounts and aligning with customer priorities to drive their success.

You thrive on complexity.

You can diagnose multi-technology problems to their root cause and adapt your consulting style to any situation, all while spotting opportunities to expand our partnership.

You're a technical generalist.

You can navigate and manage complex integrations across multiple technical disciplines.
