Customer Service Representative - Outbound Calls (US)
We're looking for an experienced and motivated
Customer Service Representative
with strong skills in
outbound calling, online sales, lead generation, and market research
. In this role, you'll connect with customers and retailers, promote our products, generate new leads, and help close sales -- all while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct
outbound and cold calls
to generate leads and drive sales (potential customers, retailers, and event planners.)
Reach out to retailers
to present products, gather feedback, and build new relationships.
Perform
market research
to identify opportunities, industry trends, and potential customers.
Manage and respond
promptly to inquiries
via phone, email, and chat.
Generate and qualify leads
for both product sales and event space rentals.
Follow up with leads, provide product information, and
close sales
effectively.
Maintain detailed customer and lead records in CRM systems.
Assist customers in coordinating
private events, tastings, and facility tours
.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow up to
close sales and secure bookings
.
Collaborate with marketing, sales and operations teams to support promotions, client satisfaction and strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
8-10 years of experience
in customer service,
online sales, outbound calling
, or
lead generation
.
Proven success in
outbound sales, lead generation, and closing
Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,050,000.00 per year
