Job Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat. - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. - Understand customer needs and provide accurate information and solutions. - Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams when necessary. - Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. - Contribute to team performance and support business goals.
Candidate Requirements:

- Fluency in English

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in any field. - Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others. - Excellent problem-solving abilities. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus.
