Role and Responsibilities: ₹ Manage all outbound calling initiatives to collect post-purchase feedback and understand customer satisfaction levels. ? Drive and manage customer reviews across the website, app, and Google. ? Build and execute processes to identify and resolve poor experiences flagged through customer feedback. ? Identify and engage with customers who have abandoned carts via calls or messages to understand and resolve drop-off reasons ? Plan and execute customer invitation campaigns for new offline store launches in coordination with marketing and operations to ensure a seamless in-store experience. ? Monitor customer comments and DMs across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner ? Track and analyze customer engagement data using Excel ? Manage and mentor a team. Set KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular training to improve team effectiveness. ? Must be detail-oriented, customer-obsessed, and analytical. ? Prior experience in CRM tools and customer engagement in e-commerce or or retail is a plus Key Requirements: ₹ Bachelor's degree ? 1 to 3 years of experience in customer engagement, CRM, or outbound communication roles. ? Proven experience in team management and handling customer feedback loops. ? Strong proficiency in Excel ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? A customer-centric mindset with the ability to think analytically and take initiative.
