Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat support
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Follow SOPs, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
Achieve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets
Required Skills:
Excellent communication in English + Hindi (average English will not be considered)
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Customer Support is Mandatory ( NBFC , Banking , Fintech )
Customer handling and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge and CRM tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
