We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Customer Service Executive / Manager who can manage incoming customer leads, assign them efficiently to the right team members, and ensure timely follow-ups. The role is a dynamic mix of customer service and business development, requiring excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
:
? Handle all fresh customer leads from various channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, website, walk-ins, etc.)
? Understand customer queries, respond promptly, and provide effective solutions
? Assign leads to the appropriate sales or service team members based on location/product/priority
? Track lead progress, follow up regularly, and ensure proper closure
? Maintain lead records and update CRM or tracking sheets
? Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries or complaints
? Assist in improving response time and customer satisfaction
Requirements
:
? Proven experience in Customer Service / Business Development / Sales Coordination
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
Hindi and English
? Strong typing speed and ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
? Good understanding of customer behavior and problem-solving approach
? Highly organized with attention to detail
? Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools
