The Senior Customer Service Associate is responsible for is responsible for end-to-end processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy, timely fulfillment, delivering high-quality support to customers, handling complex inquiries, ensuring seamless issue resolution and smooth coordination across internal teams. This role supports customers, sales teams, logistics partners, and finance to deliver a seamless order experience
