Job Description

Greeting and Assessing Needs:

Service advisors welcome customers, listen to their concerns about their vehicles, and identify the specific services or repairs needed.

Explaining Repairs:

They explain technical issues and repair recommendations to customers in a clear and understandable way, ensuring they understand the necessary work and associated costs.

Providing Estimates:

They prepare detailed service orders, including cost estimates, and explain these to the customer.

Managing Communication:

They keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle repairs, manage any changes or delays, and address customer concerns promptly.

Customer Follow-up:

After service completion, they follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any remaining questions or issues.

Building Relationships:

They aim to build strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and encouraging repeat business.
