Education:

Any Graduation / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is typically required.

Experience:

A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in customer relationship management, account management, or a senior customer-facing role, preferably within a

blinds & curtains

manufacturing or related industry.

Skills:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Proficiency in CRM software etc

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and time management skills.

A customer-centric attitude and strong empathy.

Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
