Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain strong relationships with
15+ clients
to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Plan and coordinate
shoot schedules
with videographers and ensure timely execution.
Follow up regularly with
clients, editors, videographers, and the social media team
to track deliverables and progress.
Prepare and maintain
daily reports
on client interactions, project status, and team follow-ups.
Act as the
primary point of contact
between clients and the agency.
Coordinate with the creative team to ensure all deliverables align with client expectations and deadlines.
Proactively resolve client concerns, providing excellent service and timely updates.
Support the management team in implementing strategies to enhance client engagement and project success.
Handling and updating payment status for the client.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field
.
3-8years of experience
in customer relationship management, client servicing, or account management (preferably in a digital marketing/creative industry).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in
MS Office / Google Workspace
for reporting and coordination.
