Supervise and manage daily back-office activities and team members (if applicable).
Handle data entry, documentation, file management, and internal record-keeping.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth internal operations.
Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and ERP systems.
Prepare reports, MIS data, and presentations for management review.
Monitor and ensure the accuracy of billing, invoicing, and reconciliation.
Support HR, finance, and logistics departments with administrative tasks.
Handle customer queries and coordinate with front-office teams when required.
Ensure timely completion of assigned work with high attention to detail.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or relevant field.
3-5 years of experience in back-office or administrative roles.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP software (Tally, SAP, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
High level of accuracy, responsibility, and reliability.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of basic accounting and inventory handling is a plus.
Experience in handling a team or junior staff.
Familiarity with documentation and compliance-related tasks.
