Job Summary
The Senior Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for delivering a premium showroom experience, managing customer enquiries end-to-end, and driving conversions for windows and doors projects.This role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills,and the ability to guide customers through technical, aesthetic, and functional choices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Showroom Experience & Customer Handling
Greet,understand,and engage walk-in customers professionally.
Conduct detailed product demonstrations across all uPVC systems windows and doors.
Identify the right discovery questions (site type, functional preference ,noise issues, safety, design preferences, budget).
Create a"fear-to-comfort"shift by explaining risks of poor-quality windows vs. benefits of branded systems.
2. Lead Management & Follow-ups
Record all enquiries in CRM and maintain lead status accurately.
Coordinate site measurements with technical teams.
Conduct timely follow-ups to improve conversion ratio.
Maintain high enquiry- to -quotation and quotation-to-order conversion metrics.
3. Sales Process Coordination
Coordinate with production, ?C, installation and Accounts teams for smooth order execution.
4. Product Expertise
Provide guidance on performance metrics of each window systems
Handle technical objections confidently.
5. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain long-term customer relationships for referrals and repeat business.
Manage dissatisfied customers calmly and provide solutions.
Support marketing campaigns,display maintenance,and showroom hygiene.
Skills & ?ualifications
Required
2-5+years' experience in premium car sales or high-value showroom sales (windows, doors, interiors, or building materials preferred)
Strong communication.
Good sales closing skills.
Preferred
Experience in uPVC/Aluminium system windows or Any premium Cars showrooms or NEXA/SCODA /HONDA Showrooms.
CRM software skills.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
Monthly enquiry-to-order conversion ratio.
Average follow-up time & lead response time.
Customer satisfaction & repeat business.
Showroom footfall conversion.
