We are looking for a Sr. Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer interactions and post-sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications and queries.
Handle pre-sales and post-sales customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
Coordinate with sales, finance, and project teams to ensure timely updates and smooth customer experience.
Manage client documentation, agreements, payment follow-ups, and handover processes.
Address customer complaints or concerns effectively and ensure quick resolution.
Requirements:
4-6 years of experience in customer-facing roles, real estate preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Own vehicle for site visits
Must have good knowledge of MS office or google sheets and similar tools.
