Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
Resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Provide product/service information and guidance to customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to customer retention initiatives.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
