The incumbent shall provide Customer support for EPRO product by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems. They will work as a team member with the other EPRO Teams & Branch offices by communicating on customer queries & achieve customer satisfaction. The role involves managing multiple responsibilities such as Handling Incoming/Outgoing Calls, Managing Emails,Welcome Calling, adhere to defined TAT. They should ensure that the needs of customers are being satisfied.
Handle all inbound and outbound communication with customer
Receive, record and resolve inbound emails,chat and phone calls
Gather client requests in a clear and concise manner, execute the requests in a timely and process oriented manner
Investigate, identify issue type and use call scripts to resolve customer queries proactively and within time frame
Maintain complete ownership of issue resolution within pre-established timelines with the customer
Follow all the processes laid down and ensure compliance at all times
Ensure delivery on KPIs (SLA & Customer Satisfaction)
Contribute to process and product improvements through tangible suggestions

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
