Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism. Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive service experience. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth resolution of issues. Travel to different branches/locations as required for customer engagement and support. Train and mentor junior staff in customer handling practices.

Qualifications & Skills:



Minimum

2-6 years of proven experience

in customer handling or client service roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Willingness to

travel as per job requirements

. Proficiency in MS Office and customer management tools.
