Key Responsibilities

Technical Proficiency

: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office is often required.

Issue Resolution

: Efficiently resolve customer complaints and inquiries, providing accurate information about products and services.

Data Management

: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring accurate documentation of interactions and resolutions.

Collaboration

: Work with other departments to address customer needs and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Performance Metrics
