A Customer Care Executive serves as the primary point of contact between a company and its customers. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving complaints, providing product/service information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is empathetic, solution-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
