Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, chat, or email.
Resolve issues related to order, deliveries payment, refund, etc.
Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional communication.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, sales, logistics) to resolve customer issues.

Experience: Open to Freshers and Experienced candidates
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication and Fluent in English.
