Job Summary for Senior CRMA Solution Architect, Engineering Lead (Jan'26 to Dec'26)
- Lead end-to-end design, architecture, and deployment of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions.
- Develop scalable data models integrating Salesforce and external data sources.
- Design and implement dashboards, reports, and analytics applications using Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics).
- Align analytics solutions with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to gather analytics requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams for effective communication.
- Design and manage integrations between Salesforce CRM Analytics and external systems (ERP, marketing, finance, etc.).
- Optimize data flows, ensure performance and scalability, and establish data governance best practices.
- Customize and extend CRM Analytics platforms, leading development of custom applications, dashboards, and reports.
- Provide thought leadership and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Stay updated on Salesforce features and emerging analytics technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex CRM Analytics and data integration issues.
- Identify and implement performance improvements and cost optimizations within CRM Analytics solutions.
- Open to work at any Tech Mahindra location across India.
