Job Summary (List Format) Senior CRMA Data Admin/Engineer
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency across all CRM Analytics datasets and reports.
- Develop and enforce data governance best practices to support reliable and accurate analytics.
- Conduct routine audits of data, identify data quality issues, and coordinate data cleansing with stakeholders.
- Administer and manage data integration processes from various systems (Salesforce, external databases, third-party apps) into CRM Analytics.
- Oversee data flows, including the creation and maintenance of datasets, data recipes, and data transformations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues, ensuring timely and accurate data refreshes.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce CRM Analytics datasets, dashboards, and reports.
- Implement performance tuning best practices for efficient data processing and report generation.
- Open to placement at any Tech Mahindra location across India.
