Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
Integrate CRM with TPA operations (claims, enrollments, etc.)
Design customer journeys and automated communications
Ensure data compliance and accuracy
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
5+ years CRM experience;
2+ years in TPA or health insurance
Strong knowledge of CRM tools and customer lifecycle
Excellent analytical and communication skills
