We are seeking an experienced
Senior CRM Manager
to lead and optimize our CRM strategy across the real estate customer lifecycle. The role will own CRM governance, sales process optimization, customer engagement strategy, data analytics, and automation to maximize lead conversion, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Strategy & Ownership
Define and implement the overall CRM strategy aligned with business and sales goals
Own CRM architecture, workflows, automation, and data governance
Act as the single point of accountability for CRM performance across the organization
Sales Funnel & Revenue Optimization
Design and optimize end-to-end real estate sales funnels (lead ? site visit ? booking ? handover)
Improve lead response time, follow-ups, and conversion ratios
Partner with sales leadership to enhance productivity and accountability
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead, mentor, and manage CRM executives and analysts
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Channel Partners, Customer Support, and IT teams
Drive CRM adoption and discipline across teams
Reporting & Business Intelligence
Build dashboards and performance reports for leadership
Analyze lead sources, campaign ROI, agent performance, and customer behavior
Deliver actionable insights to drive strategic decisions
Marketing & Automation
Enable marketing automation including campaigns, drip journeys, and customer segmentation
Track and improve digital and offline campaign effectiveness
Ensure seamless integration between CRM, marketing platforms, call systems, and WhatsApp
Customer Experience & Retention
Design customer communication frameworks from inquiry to post-handover
Improve customer satisfaction, retention, and referrals
Manage customer escalations and service workflows
Technology & Process Improvement
Evaluate, implement, and upgrade CRM tools and integrations
Work with vendors and internal tech teams on enhancements and scalability
Ensure data security, compliance, and system reliability
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
8-12+ years of CRM experience (real estate industry strongly preferred)
Proven experience managing large sales teams and high-volume leads
Strong understanding of real estate sales lifecycle and customer journeys
Hands-on experience with CRMs such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or real estate-specific CRMs
