Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused

CRM Executive

for a reputed interior firm. The role involves handling client communication, coordinating with internal teams, and conducting

mandatory site visits

to monitor project progress and ensure timely client updates. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be comfortable with frequent site visits, and possess excellent coordination abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle Handle client queries, requirements, and regular follow-ups professionally Coordinate with designers, site engineers, vendors, and contractors

Visit project sites regularly to monitor progress and work status

Provide timely and accurate site progress updates to clients Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams Maintain client records, reports, and documentation Escalate issues or delays to management when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred

Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory

Strong client-handling, coordination, and follow-up skills Willingness to travel to project sites (mandatory) Prior experience in CRM, client coordination, or the interior/construction industry will be an added advantage
