campaign ideation to execution

About the Role

We're looking for a

Creative Strategist

who can transform insights into powerful ideas.
You'll bridge the gap between

strategy and storytelling

-- shaping campaigns, brand identities, and content that connect deeply with audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop

creative strategies and campaign concepts

aligned with brand goals. Collaborate with

design, copy, and performance

teams to deliver integrated campaigns. Translate client briefs into

actionable creative ideas, scripts, and storyboards.

Define

brand voice, content pillars, and communication frameworks

for clients. Analyze campaign data and

optimize creative direction

based on insights. Contribute to

client pitches, strategy decks, and case studies

showcasing creative impact.

Requirements

3-6 years of experience in

creative strategy, brand planning, or content direction.

Strong understanding of

digital marketing platforms

(Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn). Excellent

storytelling, copywriting, and presentation

skills. Proven ability to manage

multi-format content

-- Reels, Carousels, Videos, Static Posts. Strong grasp of

consumer behavior, visual communication, and brand psychology.

Good to Have

Experience with

lifestyle, fitness, education, or healthcare

brands. Familiarity with

SEO-based content ideation and campaign analytics.

Working knowledge of

Canva, Figma, PowerPoint, or Adobe Creative Suite.
