is seeking a highly experienced,

Senior Creative Designer

to head our creative department in Noida. This pivotal role requires a proactive leader with a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team of designers and video editors.

Key Responsibilities

Team Responsibility:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers, UI/UX designers, and video editors. Facilitate effective communication between the team and international managers to ensure seamless project execution.

Creative Direction:

Develop and execute the creative vision for all projects, ensuring a high standard of quality and brand consistency across all platforms. This includes print materials, digital campaigns, social media content, and UI/UX designs.

Project Management:

Oversee creative workflows, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Design & Production:

Direct the creation of print collateral, including magazines, brochures, and print ads. Guide the design of digital assets, such as emailers, banners, and UI/UX graphics. Oversee the creation of engaging video content for various platforms, including YouTube and social media.

Brand & Strategy:

Uphold and enforce brand guidelines to maintain a consistent and compelling visual identity. Research and implement emerging visual trends to keep our content fresh and engaging.

Presentation & Communication:

Create compelling presentations and effectively communicate creative concepts to both internal stakeholders and international teams.

Requirements

A minimum of

3+ years

of professional experience in a creative leadership role, managing a multi-disciplinary team. Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional creative direction and problem-solving skills across various media. Expertise in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and advanced proficiency in

PowerPoint

. In-depth knowledge of

UI/UX design principles

and a solid understanding of motion graphics and video editing workflows. Familiarity with

3D design tools

is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proven experience coordinating with international teams. A bachelor's degree in Design, Communication, or a related field; a postgraduate degree is preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
