Senior Creative Designer

who can take creative ownership, lead the design team, and ensure excellence in all design outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the creative design team, guiding junior and mid-level designers with clear instructions, feedback, and project direction. Conceptualize and execute strong, original visual ideas for branding, campaigns, social media, print, packaging, and digital creatives. Oversee end-to-end design processes ensuring high-quality output for all client projects. Collaborate with the creative director, copywriters, and marketing team to deliver cohesive campaign concepts. Review, assess, and proofread all creative materials before final submission to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand consistency. Create visually appealing layouts, illustrations, and design assets across multiple verticals--digital, print, advertising, and multimedia. Maintain a deep understanding of design trends, tools, and industry standards, applying innovative ideas to projects. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality control. Communicate effectively with clients during presentations, understanding requirements and offering design solutions. Handle complex design tasks independently and troubleshoot creative challenges with professionalism.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum

5+ years

of experience in graphic and creative design. Strong knowledge of

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects is a bonus). Expertise in branding, layout design, advertising creatives, and visual storytelling. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor, train, and manage a design team. Excellent attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities for design content. Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into impactful designs. Strong communication, time management, and project handling skills. A well-curated

portfolio

showcasing diverse, high-quality design projects (mandatory).
