Senior CPD (Pizza Section)
Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality pizzas following company standards
Manage dough preparation, toppings, and baking with attention to detail
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area
Support the Head Chef and ensure timely preparation during service hours
Train and guide junior staff in the pizza section
Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in pizza making
Good knowledge of dough fermentation, toppings, and oven operations
Strong teamwork and time management skills
Local candidates preferred
