:

What will you do?

Provide Level 1 (L1) application support for

Coupa Treasury

and

FIS Global Payments

platforms. Basic Knowledge on KOMGO - Trade Finance. Monitor and troubleshoot payment flows, including

domestic and cross-border transactions

, payment file processing, and approval workflows. Support basic treasury operations such as

cash management

,

liquidity tracking

, and

bank connectivity

. Analyze and resolve issues by reviewing

application logs

, error messages, and integration points. Collaborate with finance and IT teams to ensure smooth payment and treasury operations. Assist in onboarding new payment formats and connectivity protocols (SFTP/API).

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

2-3 years of experience

in application support, preferably in

banking, treasury, or payments environments

. Working knowledge of:

Technical Skills

: Experience as an

end user

of

Coupa Treasury

and

FIS Global Payments

is a strong advantage for L1 support.
