Designation: Counselor

Summary: The Student Counselor is responsible for providing academic and personal counseling to students enrolled in courses such as ACCA, CFA, Financial Modeling, CMA US, CIMA UK, and Enrolled Agent.

Responsibilities:

? Provide individual and group counseling to students for the programs mentioned above.

? Develop and implement counseling plans for students.

? Collaborate with other student services staff to provide a comprehensive support system for students.

? Maintain confidentiality of student information.

? Advocate for students' needs.

? Stay up-to-date on current issues in student development.

? Participate in professional development activities.

Qualifications:

? Graduation (preferably in Commerce Stream).

? 3+ years of experience working with students in a counseling setting.

? Strong understanding of student development.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
