: Oversee complex real estate transactions, including negotiations, contract drafting.

Market Analysis

: Conduct in-depth market research to inform clients about current trends, property values, and investment opportunities.

Regulatory Compliance

: Ensure all real estate activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

Team Leadership

: Mentor junior staff and lead project teams to deliver client solutions effectively.

Qualifications:

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree .

Experience

: Typically, 2-5 years of experience in real estate.
