We are hiring experienced

Seniour student counselors

for our Kochi Branch. The ideal candidate should have at least

3+ years

of experience in overseas education counseling and be well-versed in admissions and visa procedures for top international destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about suitable study destinations, universities, and courses based on the student's academic background and preferences.

Assist students throughout the end-to-end process: from profile assessment and application to visa filing and pre-departure guidance.

Provide accurate information about tuition fees, living costs, scholarship opportunities, and documentation requirements.

Maintain timely and consistent follow-ups with student inquiries and ensure conversion of leads into entrollemt.

Stay informed about the latest developments in admission and visa regulations for countries like the UK, Canada, Australia, and more.

Maintain accurate student records and contribute to database management.

Collaborate with internal teams including admissions, visa processing, and marketing to ensure smooth workflow.

Participate in promotional events, education fairs, and webinars as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum 3+years of proven experience in overseas education counselling.

In-depth knowledge of international admission and visa processes.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to meet targets and manage time effectively.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and within a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
